THE PROCESS (IN A NUTSHELL)
STEP 1: INSPIRATION AND QUOTATION
A cost estimate will be based on inspirational documents and links received from the client.
Inspirational documents such as: photos, pictures, drawings, links, websites or Pinterest.
STEP 2: CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING
50% deposit is required, as well as a completed contract with all the client’s details provided and signed.
STEP 3: LEAD TIME
The first design email may take up to two weeks, depending on the difficulty of the design.
STEP 4: APPROVAL
Designs are sent in jpeg format for the client’s approval.
STEP 5: FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment will be invoiced for, this is due prior to printing and production.
STEP 4: COLLECTION
Clients are welcome to collect completed order once the confirmation email from Pretty in Stains has been received.
