Terms & Conditions
All clients are required to sign and complete the terms & conditions before proceeding with an order and will give clients a clear understanding as to how we operate to eliminate any misunderstandings that may occur. This establishes realistic expectations to be set by you and to be met by us.
Office hours and email communication
We might not always be able to reply immediately which means that we are probably driving around buying paper or printing and putting together beautiful stationery goodies. Please bear with us (especially when we are in season) and we will respond to any queries during office hours in a timely manner.
Office hours are between 09:30 – 17:00 from Monday – Friday.
